    Made an appt told to arrive 10 mins early to fill out paperwork, after arriving straight away into ultrasound, lovely person who was very open then i was straight into xray with another very happy person again. Receptionists also giving receipts could not have been a better and faster process. Was pretty happy coz i am not a big fan of queuing and it made me feel good for future appts.
    2nd Appt was incredible a few mins straight into have shoulder procedure done, Vinnie and the Doc were awesome they so detailed and so caring. 4 days on shoulder is remarkable better than 10 years prior. Also receptionist really impressed me with her focus of getting my paperwork, she explained on the phone all costs too. This place is a very impressive friendly outfit. Hopefully wont need to see again though.

    I arrived early so had to wait 20 minutes, but it meant both my ultrasound and x-ray were completed before my schedule appointment. Staff were professional and polite. No complaints.

    Because the radiologist i I am allocated to is in a meeting I have to wait more than an hour for my procedure. I wasn't even notified until I ask the reception 45mins later. Poor communication. Very disappointed.
